Where is your office and when are you open?
We are at 235, Ground Floor, Proworks, 13th Cross Road, Indiranagar, Hoysala Nagar, Bengaluru 560038. We are open Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. Evening and weekend calls for NRI clients can be arranged in advance.
Which areas of Bengaluru do you work in?
Our office is in Indiranagar, and we work with buyers across Bengaluru: Indiranagar and Koramangala, Whitefield and Sarjapur Road in the east, and Hebbal and the rest of North Bengaluru. For buyers abroad, we do site visits on live video. See our East and North Bengaluru guides.
Can I visit without an appointment?
Yes, you are welcome during office hours. If you would like an unhurried one-to-one conversation, book a 45-minute slot so we can set the time aside for you.
How quickly will you reply?
Usually the same working day. WhatsApp messages sent after hours are answered the next morning.
Do you handle resale homes as well as new launches?
Yes. For a resale home, ask the seller for the title documents, previous sale deeds, Encumbrance Certificate, khata and property tax records, and have an independent lawyer review them. We help with price, negotiation and paperwork.

English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
