Why we started
Advice that protects your decision, not a sales target
We started Keycroft Realty in Indiranagar because buying a home in Bengaluru had become far more stressful than it should be. Too many buyers were being rushed by sales targets, while warning signs — a missing approval, a disputed title, a builder running late — were quietly played down.
We work differently. We start by listening: your budget, your family's routine, and how much risk you are comfortable with. Then we only recommend properties with clean paperwork, from builders who finish what they start.
No pressure, no countdown offers, no jargon. We check the khata, confirm the approvals, look into the legal history, and tell you plainly if you should walk away.
