Who we are
Keycroft Realty ("we", "us") is a real estate consultancy at 235, Ground Floor, Proworks, 13th Cross Road, Indiranagar, Hoysala Nagar, Bengaluru 560038, registered with Karnataka RERA as an agent (PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/AG/251021/006360). What we collect
When you fill in a form on this website, we collect what you enter: usually your name, phone number, email address, and anything you tell us about the property you are looking for — budget, areas, the project you are interested in, your country and a good time to call. We also record which page the form was on and the time it was sent.
Our web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. We do not use advertising cookies. The site remembers your light/dark theme choice in your own browser; this is not sent to us.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and help you with the property search or service you asked about.
- To send you our monthly buyer notes, if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep records we are required to keep by law.
We rely on your consent, which you give when you tick the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your details or share them with telemarketers. We only share information with others when it is needed for your purchase and with your agreement — for example, with a builder when you want to book a site visit, with a bank for your loan, or with a lawyer or chartered accountant working on your transaction. Our email and web hosting providers process data on our behalf.
Google Maps
The map on our contact page only loads if you click "Show map". It is provided by Google, which may set its own cookies. See Google's privacy policy for details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we are helping you, and for up to three years afterwards unless the law requires longer. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent. Email info@keycroftrealty.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
